Traditionally, Hatha Yoga is involves a slower paced stretching and strenthening class with breathing exercises, incorporating relaxation techniques.
Nowadays practiioners incorporate elements of Hatha Flow which, if it suits you, will benefit those who like their yoga to be more physical. It is always your choice how you proceed within each class.
